We buy buildings and look after them.
How long it takesWe aim to own a building for ten years or more.
We buy buildings we want to keep, renovate them properly, and look after them ourselves.
In short
Shortcuts in a building always show up later — in repair bills, in empty units, and in what someone will pay for it in ten years.
What our property work involves
Buying
We buy buildings outright and plan to keep them. That lets us make decisions that pay off in ten years instead of ones that look good this quarter.
Renovating
We fix things properly, even when it costs more and takes longer. We'd rather leave a building empty another month than finish it badly.
Managing
We manage our buildings ourselves rather than handing them to an agency. If something breaks, you're talking to the owner.
Who we work with
If you’re selling a building and want it to go to someone who will actually look after it, talk to us.
If you own a building and want a partner to take on the work of improving and running it, we do that too — but we’d rather own fewer buildings and know all of them well than take on everything we’re offered.
Got a building to sell, or one you need help running?
Email us. We both read it.
